How do I reserve a rental?

Select your rental, choose your event date, and complete the online checkout. Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been paid.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Lansing, the South Suburbs of Chicago, and Northwest Indiana. Delivery availability depends on your address and event date. Enter your event location during checkout to verify service.

Is delivery included?

Free local delivery is available within our local service area. Additional delivery charges may apply based on distance and event location.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals are available for up to eight hours between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Overnight rentals are picked up the following morning.

Do you set up and take down the equipment?

Yes! Our team delivers, professionally sets up, and removes the rental equipment. Please make sure the setup area is clear and accessible before we arrive.

Can you deliver to parks?

Yes. Park rentals may require advance permission, a generator, and a certificate of insurance. A $50 charge applies when a certificate of insurance is required.

What do I need for an inflatable setup?

You will need a clean, level setup area and access to a working electrical outlet. Water attractions also require access to a water source and a hose that reaches the setup location.

What happens if bad weather is expected?

Safety comes first. Inflatables cannot be operated during unsafe winds, lightning, or severe weather. Please contact us before your event if bad weather is expected so we can review your reservation options.
